Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your Loop earplugs in their original packaging, ensuring all ear tip sizes and the carry case are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
